Breath of Fresh Air Diffuser Blend

A blend of tea tree, eucalyptus globulus, peppermint, spearmint, basil and frankincense.

Designed with the respiratory system in mind, this blend is an incredibly cooling and refreshing blend of mint and eucalyptus. A go-to blend for seasonal allergies, cold or flu symptoms and sinus pain. Each blend is infused with reiki to seal its intention to heal.

Benefits: Uplifting to the spirit; clears negative energy; relieves chest and sinus congestion and other respiratory ailments; energizing for the mind and body. 

Directions: Add five to eight drops of blend to a diffuser, and have the diffuser on the intermittent setting. If the diffuser doesn't have an intermittent setting, only keep the diffuser on for 30-minute intervals. These blends are pure essential oils, so they need to be diluted in a carrier oil (grapeseed, coconut, avocado, jojoba oil, etc.) of your choice before being applied to the skin. Use at least 1 tbsp of carrier oil for every 1 drop of essential oil.
